The Waxahachie Credenza brings together traditional Yakisugi (also known as Shou Sugi Ban) woodworking and custom steel fabrication in one warm, grounded piece. Built from solid oak and finished in our in-house Waxahachie Brown tinted stain, the rich amber tones were designed to complement existing furniture while standing beautifully on their own.

Yakisugi push-to-open doors give the credenza its signature texture and depth, drawing on a centuries-old Japanese wood preservation technique that has seen a modern revival in custom furniture and interior design. The piece is finished with a custom fabricated steel enclosure, adding an industrial edge that balances the warmth of the oak.
